MBU’s EdD blends leadership development, learning science, instructional design, and applied research across 54 credit hours. Course topics include:

Coursework emphasizes performance-based assessments—from strategic action plans and coaching frameworks to AI-enhanced learning design proposals—all grounded in the challenges you face at work.
